I loved my stay in the Deluxe Double Room with Balcony. The views from my balcony were breathtaking, and the bed was super comfy. The staff went above and beyond to help, even checking the weather on Fansipan for me. I felt really welcomed and at home throughout my stay. 💖

It was all perfect.

The family room was cozy, but we had to wait too long to check in.

The family room had a nice bath, providing a comfortable space for relaxation after a day of exploring. The fresh dishes served at meals were enjoyable, adding a local culinary touch. the room had an unpleasant odor upon arrival, and the fridge was non-functional. A major inconvenience was the bathroom flooding after the first shower, compromising the overall experience.

The room we had was cozy, and we enjoyed the stunning mountain view from the balcony despite the misty weather. The staff were eager to assist, and we found the location convenient for visiting nearby spots, like the Silver Waterfall.

In my wife’s opinion, the steep slope to town can be tricky for kids.

I loved the cozy family room with a nice bath and the delicious meals that were just as affordable as local spots. The spa had great massage options and a lovely garden area for a bit of relaxation. The only hiccup was a minor wait during check-in, but everything else was smooth and enjoyable! 😊

The views of the mountains from the room were breathtaking, and I appreciated the staff's attentiveness as they greeted us with delightful cinnamon tea. On the day we left for an early bus, the receptionist surprised us by running out with hard-boiled eggs, bananas, and bottled water to take on our journey. The overall cleanliness of the hotel and the comfort of the bed greatly enhanced our stay.

Check-in had a bit of a wait, which was the only downside to our experience.
